Seattle Children’s Legacy Advisors

I am pleased to announce that I recently became a member of Seattle Children’s Legacy Advisors, a group of almost 300 estate and financial planning professionals who are actively engaged in philanthropic planning.

Last month I also attended the 9th annual Conference on Philanthropic and Legacy Planning, sponsored by Seattle Children’s Hospital. Among the topics presented were: the pros and cons of Charitable Remainder Trusts vs. Charitable Gift Annuities; charitable gift planning with IRAs; and the legalities involved in gifting art, antiques, and other items of tangible personal property.
