Conference for Family Caregivers

DSHS’ annual conference for family caregivers will be held June 6, 2016 at the Tukwila Community Center.

Information about the conference, including the conference brochure and registration form, can be found on this DSHS webpage. Pre-registration is required and costs $40 for individual caregivers, $75 for agency caregivers, with scholarships available for unpaid family caregivers.

Workshop topics include medication management, basic estate planning, end-of-life planning, and various physical and emotional aspects of personal caregiving.

The conference is co-sponsored by AARP Washington and Seattle-King County Aging and Disability Services.
