- Help an executor gain control of and manage estate assets.
- Represent any estate beneficiary to ensure the estate is managed properly and to seek the removal and replacement of an executor, if appropriate.
- Represent any party, such an executor, heir, or creditor, in any claim brought on behalf of or against the estate, including Will contests, proceedings to compel an accounting of estate assets, as well as any other proceeding brought under the Trusts and Estates Dispute Resolution Act.
- Representing a surviving spouse, registered domestic partner, or child unintentionally omitted from the Decedent’s Will, or who wishes to assert a claim for family support against the estate.
- Assisting with all issues pertaining to any Trust established by the Decedent’s Will.
